The first step to living fully with ease is to be yourself – to live a life that creates space for your whole, authentic self to fully engage and connect with others. It sounds simple a child could do it. Children often do it easily, yet so many adults – even those who are self aware and believe in authenticity – find themselves hiding behind masks whether they want to or not.
In order to belong, or driven by fear of being found out, they live disconnected from that innate aching to be authentic. Consequently, many of us are left with a feeling that something invisible, but big is missing. We keep this to ourselves and feel alone.
If you are here, chances are you appear successful to the outside world, but inside you are only surviving. Maybe you are great at keeping the attention off of you, or of hiding your sadness by focusing on work or family. Perhaps you isolate yourself, avoiding relationships that could go too deeply. Maybe you look like you have it all and don’t get the support you need because of it – always there for others but never having your needs met. You might even feel like you can’t justify investing in your own healing when you seem to be able to “handle” it all.
The reality is that you are not alone. More people than you’d believe live with silent suffering. I did and I set myself free. You can too.
You are here because you want to know, be, and love yourself. I am here to invite you to join the family of those who have dared to step into healing. We’re here and waiting to welcome you home.
